Eduka hapendamisprotsessi k\u00e4igus hukkuvad halvad ja tervisele kahjulikud bakterid ning head bakterid hakkavad vohama. N\u00e4iteks v\u00f5ib kapsas alguses roosaks muutuda, selle p\u00e4rast ei pea muretsema, roosa v\u00e4rv kaob peagi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peale pikeat hapnemist v\u00f5ib kapsa soolvee pinnale tekkida tihe valge kiht, mis meenutab natukene hallitust, aga tegelikult on hoopis p\u00e4rm. See valge p\u00e4rm ei ole tervisele otseselt kasulik, aga ta ei ole ka kahjulik ja seda ei pea kartma. Kui seda on ebaeeldivalt palju, v\u00f5id selle lusikaga suuremas osas v\u00e4lja t\u00f5sta ja \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4nu hapendatud kapsa sisse segada. Seda ei j\u00e4\u00e4 tunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samuti v\u00f5ib kapsas olla limane. See on tegelikult normaalne ja tegu on lihtsalt hapnemisprotsessi osaga.
