Peale jahtumist ja enne serveerimist kuumuta liha uuesti \u00fcles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kui soovid lihast l\u00f5igata korrektse v\u00e4limuega viile, siis tuleb liha viilutada samuti sel ajal, kui ta on jahtunud, sest sel ajal on liha tihkem ja ei lagune nii kergelt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liha mahlade kasutamine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">See on k\u00f5ige parem kastme valmistamiseks!
